Cora is currently in its formation phase. Registration as a Flexible Company (FlexKapG, "FlexCo") is planned.

Until formal registration in the commercial register, Florian Müller is personally responsible as media owner, publisher and service provider.

After registration, these details will be updated, in particular the company name, legal form, commercial register number, register court, VAT number, management and, where applicable, the competent supervisory authority and any trade licence.

3. Business purpose

Development and operation of a website, app and platform for structured startup due diligence, startup classification, startup scoring, matching and intro services between founders, startups, investors, experts and partners, as well as the provision of community, award, visibility and innovation infrastructure.

4. Basic editorial direction

This website and the Cora app inform about Cora, a platform for startup due diligence, startup scoring, matching, intro services, community building and innovation infrastructure.

The content serves to present Cora, to communicate with founders, startups, investors, experts and partners, and to inform about product, community and company developments.

The content does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or any other regulated advisory service.

5. Note on matching and investment processing

Cora enables matching, intro and visibility functions between startups, investors, partners and other participants in the Cora ecosystem.

The negotiation, review, signing and execution of investments, financings, holdings or cooperations takes place outside the Cora platform and on the participating parties' own responsibility.

Cora does not become a party to such transactions, does not accept investor funds and does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, payment services or any other regulated financial service.

Paid arrangements arise exclusively from the respectively applicable terms, fee schedules or separate agreements.

7. European dispute resolution platform

The EU Commission has set up an internet platform for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
